House Rules
ID OR PASSPORT IS REQUIRED FOR THE CHECK-IN PROCESS. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm Check-out time is at 11:00 am NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights. All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors. Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged. Do not hang towels from the windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule. If house rules are not followed and there is excessive garbage in the studio an extra charge could be charged (up to 100% of the cleaning fee). Extra cleaning could be charged if the AC is left off as we would need to clean the mold due to moisture on the wall and ceiling. Subletting is not allowed.

<b>ID Requirement:</b> All guests must provide valid ID upon check in at reception for security purposes. <b>Parking:</b> The property does not include parking, but self-parking is available at the nearby Paseo Caribe garage for an hourly fee. <b>Starter Kit:</b> Complimentary travel-size toiletries, dish soap, and basic necessities are provided at check-in. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies for the duration of their stay. (For kitchenettes, 1 dish sponge and 1 bottle of dish soap is provided. 2 towels per guest and 1 beach towel per guest. 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.). The unit includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Please note that laundry detergent is not provided. <b>Safety & Backup Systems: </b> The complex is equipped with a generator and water tank to ensure comfort during potential service interruptions.
